The Acquisition phase emphasizes ease of subscription, clear outcomes, and a simple ordering process. Menus

The menu offered by Deem-D is diverse and caters to a wide range of preferences and dietary needs. It prominently features authentic Thai cuisine prepared with traditional recipes and locally sourced ingredients, allowing for adjustable taste preferences. Beyond Thai food, the menu includes "Clean food" options, characterized by low fat, sodium, and sugar content. For those with specific dietary requirements, Deem-D provides selections aligned with Keto, paleo, pescatarian, and vegan diets. The menu also embraces seasonality, incorporating holiday specials and dishes featuring fresh, seasonal vegetables, fruits, and seafood. Furthermore, recognizing individual needs, Deem-D offers the flexibility to personalize dishes based on special requests.

Application

The application boasts a user-friendly interface accessible across both iOS and Android devices, featuring adjustable fonts and sizes for enhanced readability. It caters to a global audience with support for seven languages and incorporates intuitive features like voice command and seamless connectivity with other applications. Leveraging built-in GPS and AI, the application offers intelligent menu suggestions, a "Random mode" for spontaneous choices, personalized healthy plans, and goal-setting functionalities, all contributing to a streamlined and engaging user experience.The ordering process with features that allow users to adjust the taste and recipe of their meals, as well as customize portion sizes and side dish selections. The ability to place advance orders ensures meals are ready precisely when desired, with timely notifications keeping users informed. For added safety and convenience, a contactless ordering mode is available, alongside a "Busy mode" for quick selections. Throughout the process, users can track their order's real-time progress, providing transparency and managing expectations.

Packaging

DEEM-D X Biotrem: Biotrem's wheat bran utensils come from Mr. Jercy Wysocki, whose family's milling history began in the early 1900s. The utensils decompose completely in 30 days. We expect technology to allow sourcing wheat bran from Thai farmers within the next five years.

DEEM-D X GreenLine Paper Company: GreenLine uses sugarcane to produce food containers and paper. Its strong, tough, and flexible fibers are ideal for our external packaging.

Subscription

The application offers three distinct pricing models: Deem-D, Deem-D+, and Deem2B. Deem-D is designed for single-time use by walk-in customers, with food prices starting from 50 baht. Deem-D+ caters to monthly subscribers, while Deem2B is tailored for members of a partner company, with its pricing and details subject to a separate agreement. For Deem-D+ and Deem2B users, average pricing is applied to the food. Delivery fees are structured based on distance, ranging from 10 baht for deliveries within 0-5 km to 60 baht for distances between 15-30 km. The monthly subscription plans, as detailed in the adjacent table, offer varying levels of features and meal allowances at different price points, including a free tier with limited access.
