The core concept of our course is to transport diners to 'Hogwarts,' fully immersing them in the experience. Each dish is inspired by and presented according to popular Hogwarts subjects, inviting customers to participate actively and engage with the meal step-by-step, much like learning a lesson. This design fosters a sense of shared development, mirroring the characters' growth throughout the Harry Potter series.

The dining experience is aiming to transport guests into the world of Harry Potter. The price for this experience is 7,990 Baht, with optional beverage pairings available: wine pairing for an additional 3500 Baht++ and juice pairing for 2500 Baht++. The target audience is broad, encompassing Potterheads, families with children, and those with an appreciation for Thai cuisine. Here’s the list of menu of this experience:
Flying with Charms: This course features Betel leaf, organic red chilli, Chanthaburi dried shrimp, fried coconut, and Phetchaburi palm sugar.
Herbology: This dish includes Prachuap Khiri Khan Sam Roi Yod pineapple, homemade tofu, pâte feuilletée, and 101 days pickled lime.
Whose Rice: This course centers around Surin jasmine rice, accompanied by jasmine flower, organic free-range pork, pickle turnip, and organic Japanese taro.
Beef Confundus: This dish showcases Songkhla sea bass, red cotton flower, organic garlic, and home-grown sunflower sprout.
Fantastic Beef: This features 120-days grain-fed USDA prime tenderloin, basil, red chilli, signature sauce, and asparagus.
Canapenita: This course includes black ink, Khao Sao Hai from Saraburi, salted shrimp paste, Nakhon Pathom Khew Woey mango, and free-range eggs.
Koh Kum Bang!: This dish consists of Phetchabun black sticky rice, Lamphun longan, Carissa carandas, organic pomelo, freshly squeezed coconut milk, and peanut.
Trisory: The dessert course features single-origin 64% dark chocolate, organic cinnamon, Philadelphia cream cheese, kaffir lime, and local milled flour.
